Launched by IEMA, the world’s leading membership body for environment and sustainability professionals, the awards showcase the achievements of organisations striving to meet IEMA’s global sustainability standards.
IEMA is committed to supporting, encouraging and improving the confidence and performance, profile and recognition of everyone working in environment and sustainability related jobs.
We provide knowledge sharing opportunities, high-quality research, resources and tools, formal accreditation through training courses and qualifications, all to meet the real world needs of members from their first steps on the career ladder, right to the very top. We believe that together we can change perceptions and attitudes about the relevance and vital importance of sustainability as a progressive force for good. Together we’re transforming the world to sustainability.
The awards honour those who are working together to make our economy, society and environment future-proof, using innovation, creativity, collaboration and expert knowledge to achieve change. We’ll celebrate those demonstrating their expertise to challenge norms, influence governments, drive new kinds of enterprise, inspire communities and show how to achieve measurable change on a global scale.
